The Coalition will meet on an as-needed basis (approx. monthly). Meetings will be announced by email broadcast and posting on the Coalition website (www.thesalmoncoalition.org). Meeting announcements will be distributed/posted at least 3 days prior to the meeting whenever possible. An agenda will be provided with the announcement. Agenda items are for discussion and decision by Participants. Non-participants will be afforded an opportunity for input on each agenda item. The agenda will also provide for an opportunity for non-participants to address any issue of their choosing to the Coalition and for Participants to request items be addressed on future agenda.
Meeting Notes: Meeting notes will be distributed for review prior to meetings and considered for approval at the subsequent meeting. Draft and approved meeting notes will be posted on the Coalition website. In an effort to achieve transparency and provide information regarding the progress in meeting Salmon Coalition goals, the Coalition takes informal meeting notes and provides them for public review. These notes are not intended to be formal minutes, but instead a recap of the information presented and subsequent discussions. Prior to posting meeting notes on the Salmon Coalition Website, notes were available at a Sonoma County Water Agency hosted link.
